Placement of 25 000 uncertificated registered ordinary shares of “Muganbank” OJSC with a total size of 5 000 000 AZN and par value of 200 AZN registered by Сentral Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan  under registration number AZ1001005466 on 01 April 2021  is fully completed. 

After the placement, the authorized capital of “Muganbank” OJSC has increased from 102,5 mln AZN to 107,5 mln AZN.
